Small Batch Processing At B&P

Bushel & Peck’s handcrafts each batch of pickles, jams, sauces and relishes. Our kitchen is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture as a small scale food processor. Our sauces are made in batches of 100 to 200 bottles per event. Our processing kitchen is about 14 by 8 feet in size. We use a tilt braiser to cook raw ingredients and a blender when the product is a sauce. Bottles are filled and labeled by hand before moving on the the end consumer. ┬áNone of our products are made by a co packer.
