This seasonal favorite is back! Early in spring we harvest the pretty, pale purple flowers from the chive plant. The result of a long steep with vinegar is this beautiful color and deep flavor. Chive Blossom Vinegar is perfect for salads. Try a vinaigrette of one part vinegar, two parts sesame oil, a teaspoon of miso paste, and a pinch of salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
