The result is a clean, bright sauce you can use on everything. We use a combination of red Fresno and jalapeno peppers that grow on our own organic farm and the fields of friendly farmers we know. Amazing hot sauce. It's not very similar to sriracha, despite the name, but it's an excellent and versatile sauce with a lot of flavor and sweetness, and a little kick.
We got this as a gift originally and are now addicted!
This is just the right combo of spicy and sweet. Decided to try it with the whole sriracha shortage fiasco of 2023. I’m glad I did! It is better than traditional sriracha sauce believe it or not. Give it a try - you will not be disappointed.
