Jamaican Jerk Hot Sauce

Creating our Jamaican Jerk hot sauce using Midwestern ingredients was a culinary adventure that resulted in an amazingly rich, complex, and delicious sauce. Use it on grilled fish, pork, or a vegetable dipping sauce. Keeping with tradition, our Jamaican Jerk hot sauce gets it heat from classic habanero peppers grown on our farm and the fields of friendly farmers we know. 

Ingredients: onion, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, lime juice, ginger, habanero pepper, garlic, black garlic, spices. 5 fl oz (147mL)
