I’m really pick with hot sauces. I don’t like them too hot. I want max flavor. I want it salsa-like but without the chunky texture and more concentrated flavor. I don’t want it too smoky and too bitter if it isn’t cooked. I don’t like the flavor of many bigger commercial brands, I don’t like buffalo flavor or siracha flavor. I want it the perfect size so it won’t go bad as a single person consuming stuff. I’m also vegan (some flavors seem to have honey but not this one) and gluten free. I highly prioritize local companies and local products, and sustainability. That’s a ton to ask for out of a hot sauce, and this one meets and exceeds all expectations! It’s perfectly delicious. It’s like having the best green salsa/hot sauce with the chips at your favorite Mexican restaurant… but better?!
